Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRBA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,487 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRBA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, DNA alkylation repair, and Endosomal lumen acidification. Each is linked with LRBA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRBA-to-partner and partner-to-LRBA results are reported.
