Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRATD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRATD2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LRATD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRATD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where LRATD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
