LRATD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRATD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,480 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRATD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRATD2_T289, LRATD2_S12, and PTK2. Each is linked with LRATD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRATD2-to-partner and partner-to-LRATD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRATD2 versus LRATD2_T289 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRATD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRATD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
