LRATD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRATD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,959 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRATD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCAT1, CGN, and ESRP1. Each is linked with LRATD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRATD2-to-partner and partner-to-LRATD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRATD2 versus PCAT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRATD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRATD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
