LRATD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRATD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRATD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, CST9, and PROP1. Each is linked with LRATD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRATD2-to-partner and partner-to-LRATD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by LRATD2-low versus LRATD2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRATD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRATD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
