LRAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,641 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRP2, COPB1, and CWC27. Each is linked with LRAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRAT-to-partner and partner-to-LRAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRAT versus NRP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
