Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 551 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSPRY, CDH13, and MIR8058. Each is linked with LRAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRAT-to-partner and partner-to-LRAT results are reported.
