Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,047 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with LRAT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRAT-to-partner and partner-to-LRAT results are reported.
