Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LPXN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LPXN data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LPXN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LPXN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where LPXN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
