LPXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,588 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPXN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGAP9, and ARHGDIB. Each is linked with LPXN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPXN-to-partner and partner-to-LPXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPXN versus ARHGAP45 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
