Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPXN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, APOBEC3H, and GRAP2. Each is linked with LPXN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPXN-to-partner and partner-to-LPXN results are reported.
