LPXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPXN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, N-Ras, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with LPXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPXN-to-partner and partner-to-LPXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by LPXN-low versus LPXN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
