Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,122 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Golgi vesicle transport, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with LPO in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPO-to-partner and partner-to-LPO results are reported.
