LPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, ARHGAP11A, and TYW3. Each is linked with LPO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPO-to-partner and partner-to-LPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by LPO-low versus LPO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
