Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with LPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPO-to-partner and partner-to-LPO results are reported.
