Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,867 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Kidney morphogenesis, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with LPO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPO-to-partner and partner-to-LPO results are reported.
