Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,213 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRB2, GLIPR2, and ALPL. Each is linked with LPL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPL-to-partner and partner-to-LPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPL versus ARRB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
