Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chylomicron remodeling, Axoneme assembly, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with LPL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPL-to-partner and partner-to-LPL results are reported.
