LPIN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPIN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,727 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, PGK1, and DTHD1. Each is linked with LPIN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN3-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPIN3 versus ARHGAP15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
