Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid catabolic process, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with LPIN3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN3-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN3 results are reported.
