Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, NPVF, and MC3R. Each is linked with LPIN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN3-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN3 results are reported.
