Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LPGAT1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LPGAT1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher LPGAT1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LPGAT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LSCC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where LPGAT1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
