LPGAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPGAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACC1, PLIN3, and BBX. Each is linked with LPGAT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPGAT1 versus PACC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
