Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPGAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL478P, RNU6-1274P, and BPNT2P. Each is linked with LPGAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPGAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL478P grouped by LPGAT1-low versus LPGAT1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
