Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPGAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,194 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPGAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol acyl-chain remodeling, Phosphatidylglycerol acyl-chain remodeling, and Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Each is linked with LPGAT1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPGAT1 results are reported.
