LPCAT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,897 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTO1, C1RL, and IL17RD. Each is linked with LPCAT3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT3-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPCAT3 versus MTO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
