Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPCAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chylomicron assembly, Positive regulation of intestinal absorption, and Positive regulation of intestinal lipid absorption. Each is linked with LPCAT3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT3-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT3 results are reported.
