Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LPCAT2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LPCAT2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LPCAT2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LPCAT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LPCAT2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
