LPCAT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,973 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOD2, OSCAR, and RIN3. Each is linked with LPCAT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPCAT2 versus NOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
