LPCAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,893 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P4, RNA5SP321, and PSAT1P4. Each is linked with LPCAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P4 grouped by LPCAT2-low versus LPCAT2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
