LPCAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with LPCAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by LPCAT1-low versus LPCAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
