Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPCAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Phosphatidylglycerol acyl-chain remodeling. Each is linked with LPCAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT1 results are reported.
