LPCAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPCAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC11, ENPP6, and OR52H1. Each is linked with LPCAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC11 grouped by LPCAT1-low versus LPCAT1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
