Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LPAR6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LPAR6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LPAR6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LPAR6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where LPAR6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
