LPAR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, CWC27, and GGCT. Each is linked with LPAR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR6-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by LPAR6-low versus LPAR6-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
