Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,612 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPAR5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APBB1IP, MYO1F, and NAIP. Each is linked with LPAR5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR5-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
