Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,386 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPAR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABLIM3, KIF13B, and PDE4DIPP4. Each is linked with LPAR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR5-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
