LPAR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,258 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, PCOLCE, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with LPAR4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR4-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPAR4 versus VCAN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
