Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPAR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,215 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of mRNA processing, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with LPAR4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR4-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR4 results are reported.
