LPAR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, p62 Lck ligand, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with LPAR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR3-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by LPAR3-low versus LPAR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
