LPAR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPAR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,080 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dopamine uptake involved in synaptic transmission, rRNA transcription, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with LPAR3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR3-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Dopamine uptake involved in synaptic transmission grouped by LPAR3-low versus LPAR3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
