Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, XBP1, and eIF4G. Each is linked with LPAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR2-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR2 results are reported.
