LPAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, CENPM, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with LPAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR2-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGA1 grouped by LPAR2-low versus LPAR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
