Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LPAR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LPAR1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LPAR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LPAR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LPAR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
