Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Cyclin-B1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with LPAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR1-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR1 results are reported.
