LPAL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,845 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YME1L1, LIX1L, and NFIX_S265. Each is linked with LPAL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAL2-to-partner and partner-to-LPAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
