LPAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FASN. Each is linked with LPAL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAL2-to-partner and partner-to-LPAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
