LPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,273 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO9B, PSMB10_S230, and SRCIN1_S866. Each is linked with LPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPA-to-partner and partner-to-LPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
