Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with LPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPA-to-partner and partner-to-LPA results are reported.
