Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1E, NLRP8, and KLHL34. Each is linked with LPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPA-to-partner and partner-to-LPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
